We went to a pumpkin patch (well...as close as you can get to one around here) a few weeks ago and I'm finally posting the pictures. Ian ran around acting crazy, yelling "Nunkins, I see Nunkins!!!" I don't know that I've ever seen him so excited! And I don't know why he suddenly can't say the letter "P" either. Right across the street from the pumpkin patch was Lake Morton, so we went over to see the birds after we had picked out our pumpkins. I also tacked on a few pictures of Ian at his cousin, Shane's birthday party this past weekend. You'll notice I finally cut his hair and he looks so much better!!
Ian cried when I told him he couldn't go swimming with the swans. He kept saying, "see birds, go swimming?" He wanted to swim with them so bad!
My little redneck son....heaven help us. It's unavoidable when you live in Polk County.
We went out to see Uncle Daniel's hunting dogs and he was so excited!
He totally did not understand the noise makers.

I love his shirt and the picture of him with the teeny pumpkin. Delia threw her tamtrum when I pulled her away from the slide to go choose a pumpkin. Poor kiddos. all the really want is to slide, or go swimming with the swans! ;) They are growing up too fast! I can't wait to see you guys around christmas!
