I think we bought a house!!!

So approximately one month ago Sean and I started looking into buying a house. We were not planning on buying a house this year, but the housing market has dropped so dramatically here that we felt we couldn't pass up the opportunity! We saw this house about a week ago, put in an offer on Monday, which was accepted on Wednesday!! As long as everything looks okay in the inspection, it will all be final! I've pretty much been having one solid panic attack since Monday, but I'm starting to get a little excited. The house was a foreclosure, so the previous owner pretty much just left...and the house needs a lot of cleaning and paint! It's in great shape...just dirty! I'm not looking forward to all the cleaning and painting, but thankfully we have a lot of wonderful friends and family that have all jumped at the opportunity to help. I feel so extremely blessed this week to be surrounded by such wonderful, caring friends and family! Sean and I have lived a lot of places and we've never found such great and supportive friends as we have here! Here's a picture of the front of the house. Once we get in the house (which should be in June) and get it cleaned up I'm sure we'll post some more pictures!
