Oliver has been walking for almost a month now, but we still hadn't let him roam around in backyard. It's just getting to the time of year where it's not disgustingly hot and sticky outside all the time, so we went out and set him free the other day. It was precious. He was tentative about the grass at first, and a little freaked out about how it felt against his hands, but he eventually came around and by the time we went in to get ready for bed, he was dirty from head to toe. He got really angry at the slide because he wanted to go up it, instead of down it. He just didn't understand why he kept sliding down. There's a picture of that below. We just got back from a camping trip at Disneyworld, so I'll post pictures of that later this week. Oliver spent the entire weekend covered in dirt as well. It's good for him, right?

I've had a ginger plant for two years and my dad said it would have beautiful flowers. Well, for two years, we haven't had a single flower. And right now, out of the blue there are about ten flowers. I was so pleased I had to take a picture. They smell like honeysuckle. I love them!

What? He's walking?! Wow...that was fast. Such a cute little man. :)
We should let our kids have play dates some day. ;)
